The AI links a data source to its answer
The way our AI system works is as follows:
- You ask a question
- Optional: If configured, a selection widget will appear, asking you which data to look into specifically
- Based on your input, a search query is formulated and used to identify relevant passages from integrated documents
- This data is given to the AI in combination with your question, resulting in an answer
You can always check which references the AI used by clicking on the button in the progress widget:
Once you click on the button, a modal will appear, showing you the exact references used.
If a reference is outdated, wrong or not necessary, you can always provide feedback via the thumbs down button.
