We’re back with a new release — though we can’t reveal everything just yet. That’s because something big is coming next week. 👀
Both this release and next week’s launch center on data security, employee enablement, and smarter organization — tackling one of the biggest hurdles to AI adoption.
In the meantime, here are some highlights we can share today.
SharePoint AI – next wave of features
We’re continuing to expand our native Microsoft SharePoint integration. This release introduces new updates designed to make it even easier to connect AI with SharePoint securely and seamlessly.
The latest feature allows admins to connect custom metadata fields (similar to “Created By” or “Modified At” columns in OneDrive) that add valuable context to files. These fields can be managed directly in Refinery, ensuring smoother workflows and richer document insights.
In-chat tagging – stay organized
Keeping track of conversations just got easier with our new in-chat tagging feature:
- Add tags to chats for better structure and clarity.
- Group conversations so you can quickly find the context you need.
- Enjoy full flexibility — create a tagging system that fits your workflows.
- Choose whether newly created tags apply across all projects or only selected ones — giving you complete control.
With in-chat tagging, you stay in control of how knowledge is organized and retrieved, making collaboration faster and more efficient.
Under-the-hood Optimization
